Master Bruno Tombolato, a 32nd generation disciple of the Songshan Shaolin Temple, presents a compilation of 18 traditional ShaolinQuan fighting techniques, arranged according to the four techniques of defense and attack that make up the style: kicking (t?), striking (d?), throwing (shu?i) and catching (ná). The Chinese martial arts have endured throughout history as a treasure trove of fighting styles, each with its own richness and depth. These four skills, fundamental to the Gong Fu systems, give a complete and balanced essence to the practice of Chinese martial arts. The practice of Chinese Gong Fu imposes strict rules on attack and defense movements. The mastery of The Four Techniques lies not only in the individual perfection of each skill, but also in the seamless integration of all of them. A complete martial artist understands that these are not separate entities, but interconnected components of a holistic system. - The deadline for downloading the purchased digital videos is 7 days from the date of purchase, and you have 5 attempts to download each video. However, in case of having any problem, contact us via the Customer Service form, and we will resolve any incident.
