Die hier analysierten Themen werden je Kapitel perfekt komplettiert und verhelfen dem Schüler jeder Couleur, die vielen verschiedenen und komplexen Aspekte zu verstehen, welche allesamt zu einem seriösen Studium der Kampfkünste gehören sollten.
