El Maestro Sewer, 8 º Dan Shaolin Hung Gar Kung Fu y sucesor oficial del Gran Maestro Chiu Chi Ling, 10 º Dan, nos presenta en esta ocasión la principal Forma del estilo original, así como la explicación de todas sus técnicas y aplicaciones. La Gung Gee Fook Fu Kuen es una de las más antiguas Formas de puño de Shaolin y fue transmitida por el último abad del monasterio, Chi Sim, a uno de sus mejores alumnos, Hung Hee Gung. Es sin duda una Forma de obligado conocimiento para todos los incondicionales de Shaolin del Sur, ya que incorpora todo el bagaje ancestral sobre la respiración, la salud y las técnicas de lucha. La práctica de esta larga e intensa Forma desarrollará el físico de los estudiantes y les permitirá realizar un sustancial progreso, ya que es también la base del Chi Sao, el muñeco de madera, los ejercicios de endurecimiento y el Shaolin Qi Gong. - The languages included in each video are expressly indicated in the description of each title. In the audio menu of your multimedia player software Windows-Mac (QuickTime, Windows Media, VLC player, ...) you must select the track with the desired language.
