I have attempted through this book, to give the reader an insight into Jukoshin Ryu Jiu-Jitsu. Obviously the syllabus and extra curriculum of this system makes it impossible to write about every technique. This is a training manual and should the reader wish to learn more about the system. The system at tempts to teach the student a practical approach to self defence, whilst improving their fitness, agility and self-confidence. Jukoshin Ryu provides a lot of its students with a fighting chance, it cannot guarantee that once involved in conflict, the student will survive unharmed. Therefore our training provides both a mental and physical condi t ioning to prepare the student for combat. Whilst no system is infallible and nobody can possibly have all the answers, I truly believe that the Jukoshin Ryu Jiu-Jitsu system is one of the finest self-defence structures available.

- The languages included in each video are expressly indicated in the description of each title. In the audio menu of your multimedia player software Windows-Mac (QuickTime, Windows Media, VLC player, ...) you must select the track with the desired language.
- Once the purchase of our digital videos is downloaded, you will receive an email with the links to download your videos. You can also download your videos from the "My Account / Order History / XXX Order" section.
- The deadline for downloading the purchased digital videos is 7 days from the date of purchase, and you have 5 attempts to download each video. However, in case of having any problem, contact us via the Customer Service form, and we will resolve any incident.
