Infatigable défenseur des principes traditionnels, il domine l’art avec la précision d’un horloger suisse et la désinvolture, l’aisance et le badinage dans le tracé d’un peintreimpressionniste. L’ouvrage est parfaitement structuré pour que rien ne soit laissé au hasard : introduction historique, philosophie, caractéristiques techniques, aspects énergétiques, terminologie, exécution de la forme pas à pas et sans angles morts et bien sûr les applications martiales. Tout cela avec plus de 1000 photos en couleurs. La première partie du livre exige une lecture pausée, mais la deuxième est conçue comme un manuel, de sorte que l’élève peut l’ouvrir pour consulter pas à pas l’exécution correcte de ses mouvements. Pour faciliter cette consultation, la numération des photos va de gauche à droite, utilisant les deux pages comme s’il ne s’agissait que d’un seul feuillet. Quand il se produit un angle mort dans la vision frontale de l’exécution, immédiatement sur le côté de ces photos, on montre une autre prise de vue du même mouvement, présentant la face cachée.

- Our digital videos in download are MP4 files (H264 codec standard), playable on all devices and multimedia playback software Windows-Mac (QuickTime, Windows Media, VLC player, ...).

- The deadline for downloading the purchased digital videos is 7 days from the date of purchase, and you have 5 attempts to download each video. However, in case of having any problem, contact us via the Customer Service form, and we will resolve any incident.
