GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

1.- HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

First you must be registered as a BUDO INTERNATIONAL PUBL.CO. client. This way, you will Login using your User Code-Email and Password.

1.1- ONLINE ORDERS:

You only have to go through our online store, select the products and the quantity you want and finally add them to your shopping cart. You can see and modify the products added to the cart at any time. Shipping costs will automatically be reflected in your shopping cart. To definitively validate the order, you must complete all steps of the purchase process: Summary - Login - Address - Shipping - Payment

1.2- ORDER BY E-MAIL:

You only have to send us an e-mail with your full name and address and the list of the product you want to buy.

2.- SHIPPING

2.1- ORDERS FROM SPAIN:

The orders will be sent by Certified Post, unless the clients indicate not to do so, with a delivery time of 5-7 days. For large volume and weight orders we will evaluate the most suitable way of shipment and we will inform the client.


2.2- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We ship worldwide
All orders are sent via certified Mail.
All products must be fully paid before delivery.
Shipping cost depends on the area and they are automatically calculated.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to its destination. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
The transport will always be in charge of the client and, in all cases, BUDO INTERNATIONAL PUBL.CO. will communicate the cost of transportation to the client before the shipment. This cost will be automatically reflected in the shopping cart.
The orders will be sent by Certified Post, with a delivery time of 5-15 days depending on the delivery zone.

3.- PAYMENT

Payment in advance, by Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer, once BUDO INTERNATIONAL PUBL.CO. has informed the client about the shipping costs and the order has been confirmed by the client.



4.- RETURNS / CHANGES

In case it is necessary BUDO INTERNATIONAL PUBL.CO. admits the possibility of changing some product.

For the exchange / return please check the following points:

- No material will be returned without being previously noticed to BUDO INTERNATIONAL PUBL.CO. Any claim or change, will have to be communicated to BUDO INTERNATIONAL PUBL.CO. within 14 days after the shipment of the merchandise.
- We can only accept items purchased in our online store.
- The product can not be worn or damage. If products arrive damaged in delivery please contact us immediately via the Contact Form.
- We will not accept any parcel by cash on rewards.
- Every item to be changed will have to be in perfect conditions and in its original packaging..
- Any exchange or return must have been previously reported via the Contact Form.
- Once we have received and checked the item, we will proceed to send you the new item.
- Any product with manufacturing fault or error on our part will be replaced with no charge to the customer.
- Any mistake produced in the shipment by BUDO INTERNATIONAL PUBL.CO., will be corrected without any cost for the client.

5.- CUSTOMER SERVICE

BUDO INTERNATIONAL PUBL.CO. offers to the clients a full Post-sale Service, in order to solve any problem or doubt that can arise, meanwhile the product is sent and before it is received by the client.
