Für alle Bewegungen und Techniken sind die "Formen" die grundlegende Ausrüstung jedes Stils. Aber die "Formen" sind sehr viel mehr, sie sind die grundlegende Ausdrucksweise einer jeden Kampfkunst. In deren Form finden wir den Rhythmus, die Ästhetik und die besten Modelle, eben der Charakter jeden Stils. Die "Formen" erlauben einem das Training alleine, aber auch die tiefe Verinnerlichung der grundlegenden Bewegungen in logischer Reihenfolge und in Linien, die kraftvoll sind und die einen harmonischen Rhythmus besitzen. Vor langer Zeit waren die "Formen" zudem die wichtigste Art und Weise, das technische Erbe eines jeden Stiles zu bewahren. Dies gilt natürlich auch im Taekwondo, das in den letzten Jahren dank seiner Qualifikation als olympische Sportart an Wert gewonnen hat. Durch die Teilnahme bei den Olympischen Spielen hat sich gezeigt, wie wichtig und wie schön diese Kampfkunst ist. Die Poomsea, die wir in diesem ersten Teil zeigen werden (von eins bis acht), sind die so genannten Grundlagen des Taekwondo, die unabkömmlich sind für die ersten Übungen bis hin zum Schwarzgurt. In diesem Teil erscheinen sie so, wie sie den Ansprüchen der W.T.F. (World Taekwondo Fedaration) entsprechen. Wir können uns keine besseren Beschützer dieser Kampfkunst vorstellen. Unter den Ausführenden sind Champions aller Altersklassen - Männer wie Frauen - aus Spanien, aus Europa und aus weiteren Teilen der Welt. Sie alle sind Teil des spanischen Technikteams. Unser besonderer Dank geht an die technischen Direktoren der Föderation und an deren Präsident, denen wir die Realisierung dieses Buches verdanken. - BOOK LANGUAGE: GERMAN

- The languages included in each DVD are expressly indicated in the description of each title.

INFORMATION ABOUT DIGITAL VIDEOS:

- Our digital videos in download are MP4 files (H264 codec standard), playable on all devices and multimedia playback software Windows-Mac (QuickTime, Windows Media, VLC player, ...).

- The languages included in each video are expressly indicated in the description of each title. In the audio menu of your multimedia player software Windows-Mac (QuickTime, Windows Media, VLC player, ...) you must select the track with the desired language.

- Once the purchase of our digital videos is downloaded, you will receive an email with the links to download your videos. You can also download your videos from the "My Account / Order History / XXX Order" section.

- The deadline for downloading the purchased digital videos is 7 days from the date of purchase, and you have 5 attempts to download each video. However, in case of having any problem, contact us via the Customer Service form, and we will resolve any incident.
